So I went in to get the Modera shot a few days ago and I have to say I'm super happy with it. I've had little to no side effects whatsoever. Obviously it's a teeny tiny little needle that they use to actually give you the shot, so that didn't hurt at all. Just felt a tiny pinch and it was done. But as far as side effects go, the only thing I've noticed that's any different over the past couple days is that the arm that got the shot has been a little sore. It's not sore in a painful kind of way though. It really just feels like a little bruise in that it's only really noticeable when you touch it. Other than that I haven't noticed anything else! Just wanted to spread the word. Hopefully everyone has a similar experience like I did!

That's great. Our neighbors just got their first Pfizer shot and also said they didn't have any side effects. It's good to hear that so many people are reporting little to no side effects.

I'm still waiting to get my first shot, but I know my turn will be here before I know it.

I haven't gotten myself but a few friends of mine have. They say your arm is sore for a while, kinda like a bruise, but not much less. Maybe a little weakness and lethargy but nothing like the flu or anything like that.

Is it similar to a flu shot, as far as the pain in your arm? That's more or less what I'm expecting.

So I'm guessing we'll never know which one hurts more. :)
